Will all the mowers in the shop for the winter, Bill (mechanic) gets to dig in to them and get them prepared for the 2015 golf season. Here, he is grinding reels (sharpening) and re-building rollers (seals and bearings). This is tedious and time consuming task, but very pivotal for turf quality.
